excited.jpg A few of my favorite pointers to support  Summer weight  loss efforts.  Whether you are part of the Summer Fit Camp or working on your own, these items apply to all.

Must Have

  •   A consistent regular program is essential.  Build your program to provide for a rest day in between the hard calorie burning activity,  e.g., MWF.
  • The support of a workout buddy, coach, trainer or classes will keep you on the program throughout the heat of the summer
  • Water, lots of it!
  • Rest.  The body needs time to recover both at night and in-between workout sessions.
  • Breakfast - See my comments noted under "Recommended'

Should Do


dynabands.jpg Invest in the proper tools to support your summertime fitness efforts.  If you are jogging, get a new pair of sneakers for the season.  If you plan to rollerblade, clean those wheels.  Commit yourself to the proper gear and support to make your efforts worthwhile, safe and fun.
