A club for women seeking to build strength, stamina and develop muscle tone -  the key variables in maintaining health, beauty and overall fitness.  The StrengthClub provides an array of  resistance exercises to supplement the hard work you are already doing in your gym classes or with your own personal trainer. Initially designed as a service and support to my private session club network, now TheStrengthClub.Net can help anyone everywhere, with an array of audio MP3 workouts and supporting image files that are complete with specific workout instructions for home or gym use.

Gather a few friends together and form your own local community StrengthClub!  It is usually easy to start a project or program.  It is generally a little more difficult to keep it interesting and keep it going over the long term.  And, in the absence of a personal trainer, workout partner or a little supportive guidance to keep your exercise program vibrant, most of us tend to fall off the wagon and the training stops cold.
